Casa Vista Azul is a modern three bedroom, two bath condo on the beautiful island of Cozumel in the Caribbean Sea off the eastern coast of Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula. The condo features a six person hot-tub, two sun-deck patios and a rooftop palapa (shaded roof), and includes many features and accessories to make your stay as comfortable and versatile as possible.

Our American property manager Kelly, who has made the island her home, will meet you at the house to show you around, answer any questions you may have and even set up activities for you if you wish. She is also available during your stay if you have any problems or other questions.

The house is located in the residential area known as Corpus Christi at the south end of Cozumel's main town San Miguel, and is only a ten minute drive from the Cozumel Airport or five minutes from the main ferry dock at the center of town.

Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-sized bed with plenty of closet space and a walk-in closet for the master bedroom. A wide-screen television with a VCR and DVD player are located in the living room, and a large collection of DVD's is available for your convenience.

Casa Vista Azul features a full kitchen with all amenities along with a hot/cold bottled water dispenser.

We also provide a local service cell phone for you to make local calls for taxis, restaurants, etc., if your phone service doesn't work on island.

A dive rinse tank and drying hooks are located in the front yard for cleaning diving and snorkel gear. A washer and dryer are available on the second floor for your use. All bedrooms and the living room have individually controlled air conditioning units. There are also fans and screen doors to allow refreshing breezes to flow through the house.

If you are a diver then you've come to the right place; Cozumel has some of the best drift diving in the world. Several professional dive shops are available to help plan your dives according to your diving ability.

The island features several sandy beaches and shopping areas, as well as fine restaurants and several oceanside hotels that allow free use of their facilities (pools, bathrooms) with the purchase of a drink or food item. We can give you a list of our favorite places!

A short ferry ride will take you to the mainland city of Playa Del Carmen where shopping centers and an upbeat nightlife offer a dramatic change of tempo after the mellow and relaxing pace of island.

Other attractions on the island include Dolphin Discovery, where guests can swim and play with trained dolphins, and Punta Sur State Park, which has the most beautiful deserted beaches on the island and clearest waters you've ever seen. A complementary boat ride into the mangrove lagoon is included in the ticket price.
