Our prices for 2009 are: $850 for seven nights. (Up to six people) Cost for additional nights can be pro-rated. Holiday weeks are more - please call for pricing. There is a $300 refundable security/cleaning deposit with each reservation. The security deposit will be refunded after acceptable checkout report is received from our property manager. Fifty percent of the total rent cost is due when the reservation is made, with balance due 45 days prior to departure. No cancellation fee will apply if reservations are cancelled at least 60 days prior to departure. A 12% Mexican Hotel tax may be required.
